It works to balance and harmonize the hormonal and nervous systems and works very directly with the spine. It is best applied while lying down. Don’t worry if you don’t feel the pulses right away, you will in time. In the meanwhile just hold each position for 3-5 minutes. I love to do this upon waking or just before sleep.
