Ayurveda Cooking Classes

Ayurveda is a holistic system of health and healing. Utilizing the laws of nature, ayurveda aims to create health and balance in the mind and body. Food is an important aspect of the ayurvedic system. Many people believe that healthy food is boring, too complicated or time consuming to prepare. That doesn’t have to be the case. You might also be surprised to learn that a great tasting meal can actually be medicine for the body, preventing, improving or eliminating many health challenges.

Classes are available on a one to one basis, or can be scheduled for small groups. You will receive step by step instructions to prepare a meal, recipes, a full belly, and inspiration to create your own beautifully balanced meals at home, creating health and well-being from the inside out.
